Goat milk brings a naturally creamy feel to the skin, while white kaolin clay gently lifts away everyday build-up without the harsh, stripped feeling that can come with stronger clay masks.

Marshmallow root and chamomile help make the mask feel soft and comforting, while rose powder adds an earthy botanical touch to the ritual.

Milk Mask may help:

Place approximately one teaspoon of powder into a small bowl.

Slowly add your chosen liquid and mix until you have a smooth, creamy paste.

Apply to clean skin, avoiding the eyes and lips.

Leave on for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Do not allow the mask to become painfully dry or crack completely.

Rinse gently with warm water, then follow with your favourite Carnivore Origins tallow hydrosol, facial serum and tallow.

Use once or twice a week, or whenever your face is feeling a little dull, oily or neglected.

Mix with:

Rose or chamomile hydrosol for a soft botanical facial ritual.

Plain yoghurt for a richer, creamier mask.

Goat milk when you want to lean fully into the milk-mask experience.

Raw honey for a thick, glossy treatment that feels deeply comforting and leaves the skin beautifully soft. Add a few drops of water or hydrosol if needed to loosen the mixture.

Because Milk Mask contains real botanical powders, the colour may deepen or shift slightly when mixed. This is perfectly normal and part of working with plants rather than artificial colours.
