SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Every Carnivore Origins order is packed with care and dispatched from Victoria, Australia.

Shipping within Australia:

Flat-rate tracked postage: $15
Free shipping on orders over $150
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 3–7 business days
Delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and Australia Post

You will receive tracking information by email once your parcel is on its way.

During launches, sales and particularly busy market periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Tallow products may soften or firm in response to temperature changes during transit. This is completely natural and does not affect their quality or performance.

Questions about your order? Email carnivoreorigins@gmail.com and we will help.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Try it. Use it. Let your skin decide.

If your Carnivore Origins skincare does not noticeably improve how your skin feels within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the product purchase price.

No store credit. No hoops. No awkward emails.

Email carnivoreorigins@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation so we can take care of it.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the parcel and product.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace those rights.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because skincare and personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
